Milhaus Development

Milhaus Development will purchase City-owned property that once was home to the Myron Johnson lumberyard in Northside. The company will use the 2.4-acre site to build a mixed-use development with at least 100 apartments and 8,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.

Peter Cremer North America

Peter Cremer NA will construct a new 40,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility on an 8-acre parcel located in Sedamsville. The new facility will be constructed on the former Conrail site just north of Peter Cremer’s existing facility.

Enquirer Building

Rehabilitation of a former office building that once housed the Cincinnati Enquirer into a 238-room hotel with 12,000 square-feet of street-level retail space. SREE Hotels, LLC has secured control of the building and plans to have the hotel open by the end of 2014.

Schiel, LLC

Schiel, LLC will construct a $13 million mixed-use building at the former Schiel School, closed by Cincinnati Public Schools in 2010. The project will includewill create approximately 102 residential market rate units and 18,400 sq. ft. of commercial space to LEED Standards.

Walnut Hills East McMillan Redevelopment

The City of Cincinnati’s Economic Development Division (EDD) is entering the next phase of the East McMillan Redevelopment in Walnut Hills. Having completed the first two phases of property acquisition and demolition of hazardous structures in late 2011, EDD is moving to stabilize and redevelop a number of historic structures within the Neighborhood Business District.
